Introduction to Meditation

Monday night classes are for anyone who is new to meditation and those who want to reinspire their current practice. Each class consists of practical instruction, related discussion, and several meditation sessions of 10-15 minutes each.

Several long-time teachers of meditation share the teaching of this class, so over time you will experience different teaching styles and techniques.
